Returns and Exchanges

At Stephònia Boutique, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, clean-burning candles and bath products that bring peace and comfort to your life. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following policy:

EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with your candle, such as a defect or damage during shipping, we will happily exchange it for you at no additional cost.  


EXCHANGE PROCESS

 1. Contact us  within 7 days of receiving your order,  providing your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the problem are appreciated to help us process your exchange quickly.  


 2. Once approved, we will ship a replacement candle to you at no cost. You may be asked to return the defective candle for inspection, and we will cover the return shipping fees if applicable.  

No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.  

Additional Notes
Exchanges are only available for candles with manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping.  

 

Bath salts and other non-candle items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
